Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of visitors to the website lookmy.info and its language versions (hereinafter — the Website) and is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".

1.2. The personal data operator is STUDIO REKLAMA LLC, INN 9302000331 (hereinafter — the Operator).

1.3. This Policy applies to data that the Operator receives through the Website, including via the website chat, personal account, and in the performance of contracts.

2. What Data We Process

• name and contact details you provide in the chat: phone number, email address, messenger username;
• the content of correspondence and attached files;
• for customers — data necessary for concluding and performing a contract (name, details, full name and position of the representative);
• personal account credentials;
• technical data: IP address and the country and city determined from it, browser and device information, the address of the page from which the message was sent, cookies (see Cookie Policy).

The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric data. Please do not send such information in the chat.

3. Purposes of Processing

• responding to inquiries in the chat, consultations, preparation of commercial proposals;
• concluding and performing contracts, including under the public offer;
• operation of the personal account;
• compliance with legal requirements;
• improving the Website and collecting anonymized statistics;
• informational and promotional mailings — only with your separate consent.

4. Legal Grounds

Consent of the personal data subject, which you give by sending a message in the chat or registering; a contract to which you are a party; requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation (Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

5. Procedure and Conditions of Processing

5.1. Processing includes collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction of data, with or without the use of automation tools.

5.2. When collecting personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation, their recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, and clarification are carried out using databases located in the territory of the Russian Federation.

5.3. Data is transferred to third parties only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing: to hosting providers and communication service providers, payment services — for accepting payments, government authorities — in cases provided by law.

5.4. Data is stored until the purposes of processing are achieved or consent is withdrawn, and data under contracts — for the periods established by accounting and tax legislation.

6. Data Protection

The Operator applies legal, organizational, and technical protection measures: encrypted HTTPS connection, access control, backup, and records of persons authorized to process data.

7. Your Rights

• to obtain information about the processing of your data;
• to demand clarification, blocking, or destruction of data;
• to withdraw consent to processing;
• to opt out of promotional messages;
• to appeal the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.

Send a request or withdrawal of consent to the chat on the website marked "Personal Data". The Operator responds within 10 business days (the period may be extended by 5 business days with notification of the reasons). After withdrawal of consent, data is destroyed within 30 days, unless otherwise provided by law or contract.

8. Final provisions

The Operator has the right to amend the Policy; the new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Site.
